About the Role
The appointed teacher will teach Art & Design across KS3–KS5 , nurturing pupils’ creative abilities and encouraging confidence in self-expression. They will guide students in developing technical proficiency across multiple media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and digital design.
The teacher will also assist in preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Art examinations , support portfolio development, and contribute to art exhibitions, gallery visits, and inter-school competitions.

Experience and Qualifications

• Understands that no two learners are the same and is confident tailoring lessons to meet individual needs.
• Builds positive relationships through consistency, empathy and high expectations.
