Richmond Hill Academyisseekingto recruit an inspirational colleagueforthe role ofAttendance and Family Support Officer.This role is of great importance to our work as anacademy,the successful candidate willbe responsible for providinghighquality and comprehensive family support service to children, their families and carers, in accordance with the organisational needs and policies and practices of the school. The ideal applicant will have: 5 GCSEs Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics. Knowledge and understanding of key government legislation surrounding attendance. An in-depth knowledge of steps that can be taken to support students in improving attendance. Knowledge of the social,emotionaland mental health needs of young people. The ability to build good working relationships with pupils, parents,teachersand other professionals.
