The Role – What You’ll Do • Deliver dynamic Business lessons at KS4–KS5. • Teach core content including marketing, finance, operations, and business decision-making. • Provide clear feedback to ensure excellent progress and exam performance. • Support enrichment such as Young Enterprise, entrepreneurship clubs, and competitions. • Contribute to schemes of work, digital resources, and examination preparation. • Encourage a culture of ambition, effort, and academic curiosity. • Participate in wider school life and pastoral duties. Person Specification Essential • Degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline. • QTS/PGCE. • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of exam requirements. • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
