The ideal candidate will: • Have previous experience in a caretaker or similar role. • Possess strong DIY and maintenance skills. • Be highly organised and able to manage their time effectively. • Have a good understanding of health and safety regulations. • Be trustworthy, dependable, and able to work independently. • Hold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
