We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for a range of secondary schools across Bolton for opportunities starting in September 2026 . This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced education professionals, or individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a secondary school setting. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining students' learning by supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring lessons run smoothly. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning. You will work across a variety of subjects, providing a positive and productive learning environment while supporting the wider school community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence managing groups of young people, and the ability to establish positive relationships with students and staff. Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
