Deputy Nursery Manager Job Summary We are seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to support alongside the nursery manager the daily operation at our nursery. The successful candidate will assist in managing and supervising staff, ensuring high standards of early years education, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children. Requirements * Previous experience working within a nursery or early childhood education setting. * Previous supervisory experience preferred * Knowledge of childcare regulations and health & safety, safeguarding standards., policies and procedures * Ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents in a professional manner and lead by example. * Childcare qualifications such as BA in Early Years Education or NVQ, CACHE Level 3 in Early Years or overseas equivalent * A caring and can do attitude combined with organisational skills and attention to detail.
