Family Support Worker

Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a talented individual to help foster a caring and supportive learning environment for our young people. Your experience of pastoral care will place our learners’ welfare at the heart of the school. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community. You will have: A-Levels or equivalent qualification in school or business administration. Experience of working with young people/ families. Advocating on behalf of children and families. Experience of working in partnership with other agencies. The ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Explorer and databases. The ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.
