Head of HR

Significant senior HR or People leadership experience at Head of People, Head of HR or equivalent level. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations and workforce strategy. Experience leading organisational change, transformation or centralisation programmes. Experience supporting organisational growth, workforce planning and TUPE transfers. Strong understanding of people systems, workforce analytics and performance reporting. Experience developing and implementing strategic people plans. Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Experience leading complex employee relations and organisational development initiatives. Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
