Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team and make a real difference to the lives of our children. About the Role As a HLTA, you will: Support and inspire pupils’ learning across the primary age range. Lead whole-class learning during teacher absence and provide targeted group and 1:1 support. Work collaboratively with teachers to plan, deliver and evaluate engaging lessons. Assist in monitoring progress and supporting the social, emotional and academic development of pupils. Play an active role in the wider life of the school. About You We are seeking someone who: Holds HLTA status. Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. Brings energy, creativity and a positive, nurturing approach.
