We are seeking an ambitious, nurturing and dedicated professional to join our school. The Governors are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work at our friendly, caring school. The job will involve regular PPA cover across the whole school, covering classes, leading interventions groups and supporting in class. This may involve preparing and delivering activities for whole class learning on a short term basis. The job holder will be expected to be flexible in their duties and be able to use their own initiative to complete tasks. T We are looking for the ideal candidate who: Excellent numeracy/literacy skills GCSE grade C/4 or above. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Meet Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent qualifications. Experience of working in and supervising classes. Have good behaviour management strategies. Be able to use their own initiative to support teaching and learning. Be calm, positive and flexible.
