This role is key to helping children overcome learning barriers, achieve academic progress, and develop confidence and independence. The successful candidate will deliver structured interventions in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning , both 1:1 and in small groups. You will work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and external specialists to create tailored strategies for each pupil , ensuring progress is monitored and supported consistently.
