Job Coach

Support students in workplace settings to develop employability and vocational skills Deliver effective one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs Help students build confidence, independence and workplace readiness Liaise with employers, placement providers and external agencies to ensure successful placements Monitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant College staff Identify and develop new work placement opportunities across the local area Maintain accurate records and reports as required Promote positive employer engagement and champion inclusive employment opportunities. About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with young people and/or individuals with additional needs Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is confident building relationships with employers and external stakeholders Is organised, proactive and able to work independently Has a passion for supporting young people into employment and greater independence Can adapt to a variety of workplace environments and student needs Preferably holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
