Why This Role is So Special: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you won’t just support learning — you’ll help create a safe, inspiring environment where pupils feel understood, valued, and empowered. You will: Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and meaningful learning Support pupils with reading, writing, and classwork Lead and deliver targeted interventions to support development Work 1:1 and in small groups to provide personalised support Assist with behaviour management in a nurturing and positive way Observe pupils and contribute to learning records Develop your curriculum knowledge as the school grows Help shape classroom routines and contribute to our evolving school culture About You We’re looking for someone who is naturally supportive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with children with additional needs.
