About the role

Learning Support Assistant Birmingham (accessible via public transport, with a short walk for non-drivers) £110-£115 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, long-term temp-to-perm (Full Academic Year) Long Term Futures is recruiting for a committed and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Birmingham, supporting students with SEND. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. The role will focus on supporting secondary-aged pupils, many of whom have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, and SEMH, often requiring tailored support and consistent guidance throughout the school day.
