Job description

We are seeking a reliable and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to help create a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for pupils during the lunch break. Your role will include: Supervision of pupils during lunch time periods; ensuring a safe environment at all times. Ensuring any behavioural issues are reported and dealt with using the Academy procedures and don’t go unchallenged. Providing support to pupils where necessary whilst assisting to develop their independence. Facilitating team games and activities to keep pupils engaged. Assisting with keeping a clean and tidy lunchtime environment. Feeding back to the class teacher about the lunchtime period. Reporting any potential safeguarding issues through to a designated safeguarding lead without delay. Supporting the Academy in ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.
