This role offers the chance to foster a deep love of music and build a strong sense of community through practical musicianship, particularly in ensemble settings. Key Responsibilities:• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.• Assessing, tracking, and recording pupil progress to inform teaching and support individual learning needs.• Creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.• Contributing to curriculum development and departmental initiatives within Music.• Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote positive attitudes to learning and achievement.Ideally QTS or QTLS but would consider those without as long as you have relevant Secondary teaching experience.The school The Academy is an oversubscribed all through School in Hillingdon.
