Requirements • Experience: Proven experience working in a school safeguarding, pastoral, or child protection capacity within a UK educational setting. • Statutory Knowledge: Up-to-date, comprehensive understanding of KCSIE regulations, early help frameworks, and multi-agency referral processes. • Technical Proficiency: Practical working experience with CPOMS (or equivalent school safeguarding software). • Key Skills: Strong interpersonal, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities, with the empathy and discretion required for handling sensitive cases. • Vetting: An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a new application).
