Job description

We are seeking a highly organised, professional and friendly School Administrator to join our team at Loughborough CE Primary School. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the school, providing essential administrative, operational and reception support to staff, pupils, parents and visitors. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong IT and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and efficient school office. You will play a key role in pupil administration, attendance monitoring, admissions, school communications, HR and finance processes, while supporting the day-to-day running of the school. This opportunity would suit someone who is proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering outstanding customer service in a busy educational environment. Experience of school administration and management information systems is desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
