We are looking for a School Administrator who is: Highly Organised and Efficient - Able to prioritise a varied workload, manage competing demands and maintain excellent attention to detail. Professional and Welcoming - Provides a warm, friendly and positive first impression to pupils, parents, visitors and staff. An Excellent Communicator - Confident communicating both verbally and in writing, with a courteous and professional manner. A Skilled Multi-Tasker - Thrives in a busy school office environment, remaining calm under pressure and responding flexibly to changing priorities. IT Competent - Confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems (experience of Arbor is desirable, but not essential). Confidential and Trustworthy - Understands the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion. A Team Player - Works collaboratively with colleagues while also being able to use their own initiative. Committed to Our Catholic Ethos - Supports and promotes the values and mission of our school community. We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and committed administrator to play a key role in managing the smooth day-to-day running of our busy school office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies, providing a professional, efficient and welcoming service. They will work with the Clerical Assistant to support the leadership team, staff and pupils through a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring the effective operation of the school's administrative systems and procedures.
