The Role The school is seeking a committed, calm, and proactive Behaviour Mentor to work closely with students who require additional behavioural, emotional, or social support. You will work 1:1 with students, deliver small-group interventions, run behaviour reflection sessions, support reintegration meetings, and assist with crisis de-escalation where needed.
