What We're Looking For • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS completion. • A degree and subject specialism relevant to secondary education. • Excellent communication and classroom management skills. • Passion for inspiring young people and making a positive impact. • A positive, proactive, and committed approach to teaching and learning. • A genuine desire to develop as an outstanding teacher.
