Job description

At Kingsley, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate must be able to build positive relationships with their pupils and will actively promote the school values - Respect, Aspiration, Integrity, Synergy and Endeavour. We are looking for a person who has: A good level of English and Maths An ability to build good working relationships with adults and children High-expectations of behaviour An ability to support teachers in raising standards Excellent communication and organisational skills Qualities such as being caring, positive, flexible, enthusiastic and reliable An interest in playing a full-part in all aspects of school life Ability to assist with lunchtime supervision The confidence to cover the class when necessary We warmly welcome visits to the school where there will be the opportunity to discuss the role further with the Headteacher. Please contact our Business Partner to book a visit. Proposed Interview Date - Week commencing 7th September 2026.
