Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities Supporting the class teacher with planning and delivering high-quality learning activities. Working with individual pupils or small groups to support specific learning needs. Promoting inclusion and helping to create a positive, nurturing classroom environment. Supporting pupils with SEND and adapting resources whererequired. Contributing to the life of the school through wider activities,tripsand events. We are looking for someone who: Is patient, caring and passionate about working with children. Hasstrong communicationskills and works well as part of a team. Has experience working in a school or childcare setting (preferred). Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
