Job description

Exeter House School is an all through Education Provision (EP) for children and young people (CYP) with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. We are a supportive and nurturing community for CYP, aged 2 -19. Rated Good by Ofsted (Jun 23). We are in search of Teaching Assistant who: Are nurturing and empathetic Have a great sense of humour Are an adaptable, collaborative team player Are patient with a flair for celebrating the smallest of successes If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to join our friendly and dedicated team. Our children are unique and need positive, supportive and fun Teaching Assistants who understand that our learning journeys are a bit different and that’s great! We strive to significantly improve the life chances and outcomes for our CYP within our SEND, CofE and mainstream EPs. Hours: 31 hrs per week preferable, but part time will be considered for the right candidate and where this fits the school's needs. Training: It is important to us to ensure you feel valued and supported. Full training appropriate to the role will be provided.
