Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Tameside Primary School | Full-Time | September 2026 Start Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tameside from September 2026 . This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential. The successful candidate will have excellent classroom experience and be confident delivering small group interventions to support pupils across the primary curriculum. The ideal candidate will have: • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification • Previous experience working within a primary school • A resilient, positive and proactive approach • Experience delivering targeted small group interventions • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive school team and make a real difference in children's learning and development.
