Wraparound Care Team Leader St Philip's Link Club, St Philip CE Primary School Term Time Only | After School Club: 2pm-6pm Salary - NJC Support Staff Salary Scale Point 8 rising to Point 14, per annum pro rata We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Wraparound Care Team Leader to lead our after-school provision and help create a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for our children. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the club, leading and motivating staff, planning exciting indoor and outdoor activities, and ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing. We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with primary-aged children. Can lead and inspire a team. Is organised, energetic and creative. Builds positive relationships with children, parents and staff. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We offer: A friendly and supportive school community.
