Your employer profile, turned into a careers destination
Careers Pro enhances the profile page you already have on School Jobs UK. There is no second website and no separate address to promote — the same URL tells your full story alongside your live vacancies.
- Nine optional story sections
- One address — no separate microsite
- Live vacancies stay on the same page
- Nothing publishes until you press publish

Example profiles are fictional demonstrations. They cannot receive applications and are never listed in search results.
What is included
Nine sections, all optional
You publish only the parts you can stand behind, and each one appears on your existing profile page in the order that suits your story.
Why join us

Benefits, in detail
Group the real benefits of working for you: pay and pension, wellbeing, workload, family and travel.
Development and CPD
ECT support, CPD entitlement, leadership routes and genuine career pathways for each role type.
Your people
Colleagues, their roles and their own words, plus staff testimonials published with permission.

A gallery of your workplace with a description on every image, and YouTube or Vimeo videos about working there.

How it works
- 1
Claim your profile
You verify that you work for the organisation, so only your team can edit it. Your profile keeps the same address it already has.
- 2
Build your content
The Careers Pro studio in your workspace guides you section by section and saves drafts privately while you work.
- 3
Publish when you are ready
Nothing is public until you press publish, and you can keep editing afterwards. Sections you leave empty simply do not appear.

Questions schools ask us
- Is this a separate microsite?
- No. Careers Pro adds sections to the profile page you already have on School Jobs UK, so there is only ever one address to promote and your live vacancies stay attached to it.
- What does it cost?
- Careers Pro is not available to buy online yet. Tell us about your organisation and we will call you back to talk through what you need and what it would cost.
- Do we have to fill in everything?
- No. Every section is optional and hidden until it has publishable content, so you only ever publish what you can stand behind.
- Who can edit it?
- Only people whose access to your organisation has been verified, and only those whose role includes managing the public profile.
