As part of our support team, you will: Assist colleagues in creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment Provide pastoral and academic support to pupils Help with classroom activities, small group work, or one-to-one interventions We are seeking someone who is: Positive, patient, and committed to helping children succeed A strong communicator with good organisational skills Able to work as part of a team as well as independently Flexible and proactive in supporting a busy school environment Why join us?
