About the role

Salary: NJC Point 3 = £25,614 Actual (£22,032 FTE)

Hours/Term Time/Full Time: 36 Hours per week - TTO

Location: Gravesend Start Date: November 2026

We are looking for an Intervention Mentor who:

Has experience working with children with Intervention Needs or with other special educational needs and wishes to broaden their skill-set Has the ability to develop positive relationships with students Has strong communication Skills Relevant experience working with secondary age students Has passion and dedication to make a difference to children’s lives Is an exceptional team-player Has a can-do attitude, a resilient personality and flexible approach Are you passionate about working with children and young people with SEND needs whilst transforming lives, through real opportunities to engage in the education they are entitled to.
