Job description

We are seeking a professional, friendly and highly organised Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to provide an efficient and welcoming front-of-house service for our School. The successful candidate will be confident dealing with pupils, parents, visitors and staff, managing telephone and email enquiries, maintaining accurate records and supporting a range of administrative duties, examinations and whole-school events. Excellent communication skills, discretion, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment are essential, together with a strong commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and the values of the School.
