About the role

INSPIRE - ENABLE - ACHIEVE Are you highly organised, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Weekly Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 41 weeks per year including INSET days Interviews: To be conducted as suitable candidates apply. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the HR Team at The Vale Federation. The successful candidate will work alongside the HR Officers and Head of People to provide a welcoming, professional and supportive service to staff across our Federation of Schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Head of HR and HR Officers
  • Assisting with recruitment, on-boarding, staff absence management and general HR administration
  • Responsible for checking emails regularly and keeping up to date with all school and Federation communication

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in IT and data entry
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
