We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to the Deputy Headteachers to join our friendly and dedicated team at Caludon Castle School. This key role combines providing a professional, efficient and welcoming reception service with delivering high-quality administrative support to the Deputy Headteachers. As one of the first points of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors, you will play an important part in creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our school. We are seeking an organised, adaptable and highly professional individual with excellent communication and administrative skills. You will be confident dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, managing competing priorities and maintaining a calm and approachable manner in a busy school environment. Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is essential, and experience within a school setting would be advantageous. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office applications, excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Most importantly, you will be committed to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.
