Job description

We are recruiting for a friendly, proactive and organised Administration Assistant & First Aider to join our dedicated team in the main school office. Hours of work 38 weeks a year (inclusive of non-teaching days designated for professional duties) 20 hours per week Tuesday to Friday, working five hours a day. Working hours are 8.30am to 2pm (with a 30 minutes unpaid break) The successful candidate will Have strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the production and analysis of database reports. Be first aid trained, or willing to undertake first aid training. Have ability to work independently, effectively prioritising workloads and using initiative to meet deadlines and objectives. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Confirmed as “Good” by Ofsted in January 2023, we achieved our best exam results to date in Summer 2025.
