We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school. Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner. You will play an active role in delivering efficient, effective administrative support, and you will come into contact with our parents and staff so you will possess excellent communication skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner. This is a permanent part-time role working. You will be working 10 hours and 30 minutes per week, on a term time only basis.
This is a permanent, part time role advertised as a Job Share, and you will be completing 10 hours and 30 minutes of this position. The split of responsibilities will be confirmed by the school. As such, in the event of a job sharer leaving, the part time vacancy will be advertised following the normal recruitment procedure.

Have experience of working in a busy office. Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills. Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines. Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
An actual salary of £6,269 - £6,468 per annum (OLOL Band 2, Scale Points 3 to 5). Wonderful students who have a passion for learning and deserve the very best.
