About the role

Anston Park Infant School is a friendly and relational school with a real 'family' feel, where the staff are dedicated to providing a stimulating, purposeful environment where everyone feels valued and safe. We are proud to be part of White Woods Primary Academy Trust: a family of primary schools across Rotherham, united by a shared commitment to improving children’s lives. The Trust’s work is guided by its four core values—the 4Cs: Child-centred, Collaborative, Curious and Challenging. We are now looking to appoint a School Office Administrator on a part-time basis (Wed/Thurs/Fri) who shares our values and can bring expertise, energy and commitment to our team at Anston Park Infant School.

The successful candidate will:

have proven administration and financial experience in a school or similar setting. Be highly organised and flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Work well under pressure, balancing both operational and strategic issues and who is able to prioritise effectively. Be committed to their own professional development. Support the ethos of our school. Work proactively as a member of the team.

We can offer you:

Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Access to workplace and wellbeing support services. A genuine sense of belonging in a family of schools rooted in strong values. A comprehensive induction and support programme. A culture where curiosity, collaboration, joy and challenge drive professional growth. A real commitment to work–life balance: your wellbeing matters to us. We want you to thrive, both at work and beyond it. This post involves working with children and therefore if successful you will be required to apply for a disclosure of criminal records check at an enhanced level.
