About the role

Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Receptionist & Admin Assistant B Band (£24,796-£25,583 FTE) Pro-rata (£21,256-£21,931) Permanent 37 hours per week, 39 weeks a year (term time + INSET days) St Peter's Catholic School Start Date: ASAP Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas. St Peter’s Catholic School is a popular, oversubscribed and successful school, committed to academic and pastoral excellence. To provide a first class reception service and pastoral administrative support for the school. We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, has excellent communication skills and is continually customer-focussed. The ability to manage a varied workload, along with a friendly, positive and approachable manner is essential. The post holder will need to be confident and professional in liaising with staff, pupils, parents and contractors/visitors. The role involves processing visitors on a busy reception whilst applying stringent safeguarding procedures. Training will be provided. Previous experience of working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. Providing support with first aid, after training.
