Administration Assistant

This role will support the smooth day-to-day running of school office. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring a confident, approachable and solution-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment. As the first point of contact for many of our families, visitors and staff, you will be at the heart of school life and make a significant contribution to our welcoming and supportive school community.

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Is proactive, adaptable and professional, demonstrating initiative, discretion and attention to detail. Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and has experience of supporting administrative processes in a busy office environment. Has strong IT skills and is confident using a range of administrative systems and software. Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
