We're looking for an experienced Room Leader who is passionate about creating exceptional early years experiences and supporting both children and colleagues to thrive. You'll be a positive role model within the nursery, confident leading a room, supporting team members, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered.
Every room within the nursery has been thoughtfully designed to support children through each stage of their early years journey, creating engaging environments where they can learn, explore, and grow with confidence. Through a combination of play-based learning and carefully tailored activities, children are encouraged to develop key skills while having fun and following their individual interests.
