Apprentice Administrator Location: Park Grove Primary Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Thursday with apprentice time on a Friday. Exact work hours TBC. To be worked during the school term time Salary: £20,932 - £24,521 Actual Salary: £14,687 - £17,205 This is a fixed term position throughout the duration of the apprenticeship. We have an exciting opportunity to welcome an Apprentice Business Administrator to our friendly and dedicated team. We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service and a desire to learn and develop a career in this field. As an Apprentice Business Administrator you will be required to support the school office with administration duties. You will learn new IT skills and processes allowing you and the rest of the team to provide an excellent service to the school. As an apprentice you will be supported on a 2 year apprenticeship programme and learn both on and off the job in order to achieve a professional L3 Business Administration Qualification. The Job Requirements The successful candidate will be able to work well within a team, will be keen to learn and develop within this role, undertaking and learning many new skills which will become transferable across many of the different tasks that you will play a key part in. Essential to this role is the ability to manage your time well, to be a team player and have excellent communication skills. You will need to be committed to keeping all our children safe and being a positive role model. Applicants should have at last four GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent L2 qualification) however where applicants do no include English and Maths, support can be provided to achieve the qualification prior to completion of the Apprenticeship. It is important to note applicants from those with an existing L3 qualification within this field cannot be accepted.
