Assistant Headteacher

Cardinal Griffin are seeking to appoint an exceptional and highly motivated Inclusion lead to our Senior Leadership Team. This is a crucial role at a rapidly improving school, where we believe that all students should feel safe, supported and able to fulfil their potential, especially the most vulnerable. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across inclusion, and lead on ensuring a high-quality school experience. As a senior leader you will be trusted to drive your area of responsibility working closely with colleagues, families and external partners to ensure pupils receive the support they need to belong, thrive and experience success.

Person specification:

Holds QTS, has leadership experience Qualified or work towards SENDCO qualification Has a proven track record in supporting and leading on areas of Inclusion Demonstrates the ability to work strategically to improve outcomes for students Is a brilliant communicator Leads with empathy, optimism and integrity Is passionate about inclusive faith education
