Assistant Headteacher Barr Beacon School, Old Hall lane, Walsall, WS9 0RF
Start Date: January 2027 We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join the leadership team at Barr Beacon School in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated leader who is committed to securing the very best outcomes for every pupil. We are looking for a colleague who combines strong strategic leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and a relentless focus on improving teaching, learning and pupil outcomes. The successful candidate will take a significant leadership responsibility across the school. We are looking for someone who has experience in Personal Development or Quality of Education , alongside being able to use accurate and meaningful data to identify priorities, monitor pupil progress and secure sustained improvement. You may already be an experienced senior leader, or an exceptional middle leader with a proven track record of success who is ready to take the next step and make a significant whole-school impact. We are looking for someone with the talent, ambition, ideas and vision to help shape our future.
