About this Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Academy for an enthusiastic and inspirational Associate Assistant Principal to lead on furthering our journey towrads excellence. The successful candidate will be working alongside Assitant Principals and SLT to help plan strategy, manage complex change and inspire colleagues and learners to achieve excellent results. They will demonstrate a proven track record of positive impact in whole school initiatives with significant experience of leading others to successful outcomes. Specfic responsibilities will be aligned with successful candidate’s skills and experience
We are looking for ambitious, talented and aspirational leaders who are highly motivated, forward-thinking and creative in their approach to further develop our established Senior Leadership Team.
Through this role you will be able to add excellence and experience by honing your skills in areas such as delivering positive outcomes for learners, engaging successfully with external stakeholders and building networks of excellence within Summit Learning Trust and further afield. In this role you will have strategic responsibility for a designated brief with the scope to develop this area alongside the executive leadership team.
You will be joining a dynamic team that has significantly improved results for our learners and is seeking the right candidate to accelerate this journey. Professional development and support will be provided through the innovative Summit Learning Trust Professional Learning Institute and the wide range of opportunities and expertise across our flourishing Multi Academy Trust family.

Beyond the classroom, our vibrant enrichment programme is a real strength of the school. With over 70 clubs and activities—including sport, music, art, drama, and debating—students are encouraged to explore their passions and develop new skills.
