The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage and motivate students and staff, with a clear vision and drive for educating young people to achieve their full potential. You should have a SENDCO qualification or be prepared to undertake this within three months. Our school is highly successful, and our catchment area draws from the west side of Leicester.
