We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Leader and SENDCO or someone who is aspiring to be a SENDCO to join our community and make a lasting impact on our students. We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Leader who is committed to providing high-quality education and life chances to our diverse student body with a passion for SEND. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage and motivate students and staff, with a clear vision and drive for educating young people to achieve their full potential. You should have a SENDCO qualification or be prepared to undertake this within three months. Our school is highly successful, and our catchment area draws from the west side of Leicester.
