About the role

We are seeking an exceptional, compassionate, and strategic Assistant Principal - Inclusion to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will lead our whole-school inclusion agenda, combining high academic ambition with strong relational practice to ensure barriers are removed, need is identified early, and every pupil belongs and succeeds. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Drive the whole-school inclusion, SEND, attendance, and wellbeing strategies.

Academic Ambition: Partner with curriculum leaders to embed high-quality adaptive teaching across every classroom.

Early Identification & Targeted Support: Oversee data-driven interventions, internal inclusion provision, and alternative provision to minimise disengagement and suspensions.

Culture & Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with families, multi-agency teams, and staff through high-impact professional development.

About You A proven leader with a track record of driving outcomes for SEND, disadvantaged, and vulnerable learners.

An advocate for high expectations who leads with warmth, accountability, and strong relational values.
