37 Hours per week Term time plus 1 week SCP 18-22 Are you passionate about ensuring every child has the opportunity to learn, thrive, and achieve their potential? Wymondham High is seeking a highly motivated and organised Attendance Manager to lead our whole-school strategy on pupil attendance. This is a key role in supporting our mission to provide every learner with the best possible education through excellent attendance. About the Role As Attendance Manager, you will: Lead and implement effective strategies to raise attendance levels and reduce persistent absence across the school. Provide a high standard of attendance system management and administration , ensuring accurate data collection, monitoring, and reporting. Work closely with pupils, families, staff, and external agencies to promote a culture of regular attendance and early intervention. Analyse attendance data and trends to inform strategic planning and targeted support. Contribute to safeguarding by ensuring prompt follow-up on absences and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders. About You We are looking for someone who: Has strong organisational and data management skills, with great attention to detail. Is confident in using attendance management systems Has excellent interpersonal skills and can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Is proactive, solution-focused, and committed to improving outcomes for all children. Has experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
