Main Areas: - Budget management and forecasting - Financial procedures and month-end processes - Purchase ledger and procurement - School fund administration - Sales invoicing and lettings - HR, recruitment, safeguarding checks and payroll liaison - Audit preparation and compliance - Resource management including line management responsibilities Person Specification Qualifications: GCSE English and Maths and relevant Level 4+ qualification. Skills: Communication, ICT, Finance Systems, Prioritisation, HR knowledge, Proactive and Resilient Mindset, Policy Awareness, Flexible, Good Communicator, Vigilant with Procedural Processes and Compliance Experience: Financial strategic management, budgeting, staff management and business/school experience. Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, commitment to development, honest, equality and diversity.
