Job description

We are looking to appoint a Careers Adviser to join our progressive careers department to help equip students to thrive in their next steps. The successful candidate would be part of a key team who oversee the school’s careers education and work experience programme providing CEIAG guidance (Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance) to pupils via individual appointments, Drop-In sessions, Group workshops or sessions delivered as part of our SPHERE programme or curriculum specific events. The careers team also oversee and produce a range of resources for students to use to plan their next steps. A qualification in Careers Guidance at Level 6 or above is highly desirable; however, applicants without this qualification but with relevant experience and a willingness to complete the training alongside the role are actively encouraged to apply.
