Careers Lead Full Time H6 - £25,380 - £27,546 depending on experience Term Time plus one week (5 inset days) Required ASAP We are seeking to appoint a Careers Lead to join our school support staff. The successful candidate will be very well organised, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well as part of a team to ensure the quality of careers education and guidance. Reporting to the Deputy Headteacher, the Careers Lead is responsible for delivering effective careers guidance, careers education, and information for students. To design, select, and provide curriculum resources, activities, and services to meet students’ career needs. To organise and co-ordinate a range of professional guidance and career planning to enhance student employability. There is scope for ongoing professional development within this role to reflect personal aspirations and skills.
