We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching practices. Demonstrates high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising achievement. Creates an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Builds positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. Has excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Works collaboratively as part of a dedicated school team.
