KS1 Class Teacher - Full Time Haynes Lower School Start Date: 01.01.2027 or sooner if possible Contract Type: Fixed-term Join Our Wonderful KS1 Team The children and staff at Haynes Lower School are excited to welcome a talented, nurturing and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our close-knit school community. We are looking for an exceptional practitioner who is passionate about teaching and learning, has high expectations for every child and is committed to creating a positive, inspiring and inclusive classroom where children can flourish. We are looking for a teacher who shares this belief and who will bring warmth, creativity and ambition to our KS1 team. We are looking for someone who: Has high expectations for all learners and is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential. Is passionate about teaching, with a genuine desire to inspire and motivate children. Is hardworking, reflective and motivated, consistently modelling and promoting our school values. Takes a whole-child approach, recognising the importance of children’s social, emotional and academic development. Is committed to raising standards and continually reflecting on and developing their own practice. Is a collaborative team player who enjoys working positively and proactively with colleagues. Brings creativity, enthusiasm and fresh ideas to the classroom and is keen to contribute to the continued development of our curriculum. Is confident in leading a subject area and contributing to wider school improvement. Is committed to creating a classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, challenged and successful.
